We loved staying here with our children! The location is perfect, just a quick drive to the swamp tours and shopping options at Fremaux Shopping Center. The kids enjoyed the pool and the nearby attractions, making our family visit so memorable.

For dads, it would be great if they offered a wider breakfast selection for families. The morning rush was a bit chaotic, and the limited options didn’t satisfy everyone in our group.

However, I faced issues with the air conditioning. it was noisy and didn’t cool the room effectively. The breakfast options were very limited on some days, and the quality varied. I also noticed the carpet had stains, which detracted from the otherwise inviting atmosphere. It seemed like they haven't updated several facilities for a while, making the overall decor feel dated.

The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Slidell, An Ihg Hotel offered a beautifully decorated lobby with welcoming decor. I appreciated the accessible layout that made moving around easy, especially the indoor pool area which was a joy for my grandchildren.

It was just an appropriate option for short visits in Slidell with fantastic value. The staff was very accommodating, meeting all our needs despite being busy. Make sure to enjoy the fresh coffee and tea available in the lobby daily.

Super comfy stay!

Super clean and quiet after that long drive for a surgery. The breakfast looked awesome but missed it. One little bummer was the pool wasn’t available. Staff was super friendly, made check-in and out a breeze!

The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly, with one gentleman going above and beyond to assist guests. The gym was small but spotless, and the beds were fresh and clean. However, the bathroom emitted a strong unpleasant odor, and I encountered inconsiderate service when requesting a late checkout. Despite enjoying the location and having a comfortable bed, the overall cleanliness needs significant improvements.
